Terms of Service - Legacy Sport & Art Management

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the athlete and artist management and consultation services ("Services") provided by Legacy Sport Art. By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Scope of Services

Legacy Sport Art provides comprehensive management and consultation services for athletes and artists, which may include but are not limited to:

Talent Management: Career development planning, brand building, and professional guidance
Contract Negotiation: Representation in negotiations with teams, sponsors, galleries, labels, and other industry partners
Marketing & PR: Public relations management, social media strategy, and promotional campaign development
Financial Advisory: Career earnings optimization, investment guidance, and financial planning
Brand Development: Personal branding strategy, endorsement opportunities, and commercial partnerships
Event Management: Competition planning, exhibition coordination, and performance scheduling
Legal Support: Contract review, intellectual property protection, and industry compliance guidance

The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a separate representation agreement or service proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your career, financial status, goals, and any existing contractual obligations
Maintain open and timely communication regarding career developments, opportunities, and changes in circumstances
Participate actively in career planning sessions and follow agreed-upon strategic recommendations
Notify Legacy Sport Art immediately of any third-party approaches, offers, or opportunities
Maintain professional conduct that reflects positively on both your career and Legacy Sport Art's reputation
Ensure all provided documentation, portfolio materials, and credentials are current and accurate

You acknowledge that the success of our management and consultation services depends significantly on your active participation, professional dedication, and timely communication.

3. Fees and Payment

Management fees, commission structures, and consultation rates will be clearly outlined in your individual representation agreement or service proposal. This may include:

Management commission percentages on earnings, contracts, and endorsement deals
Consultation fees for specific advisory services
Expense reimbursements for travel, marketing, or promotional activities undertaken on your behalf

Payments are due according to the terms specified in your agreement. Failure to make timely payments or honor commission agreements may result in the suspension or termination of our Services and representation.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Legacy Sport Art understands the critical importance of confidentiality in managing high-profile careers. Both parties agree to:

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal information, career strategies, financial details, and business opportunities
Protect proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive career-related matters
Obtain written consent before disclosing any client information to third parties, except as required for normal business operations or legal obligations
Safeguard private communications, performance data, and strategic planning materials

This confidentiality obligation continues indefinitely, even after the termination of our business relationship.

5. Limitation of Liability

Legacy Sport Art's Services are provided with professional expertise and industry knowledge, however we cannot guarantee specific career outcomes, contract values, or performance results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Sport Art disclaims liability for:

Career setbacks, injuries, or performance issues outside our direct control
Market fluctuations, industry changes, or economic factors affecting earning potential
Third-party actions, including but not limited to sponsor decisions, team selections, or venue bookings
Losses resulting from your failure to follow professional advice or strategic recommendations

In no event shall Legacy Sport Art's total liability exceed the amount of fees paid by you for our Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including matters related to representation agreements, commission disputes, or service delivery, shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Hungary.
